「みさきや」は横浜家系ラーメンを看板メニューにしたお店です。
以前は相模原にあり「美咲家」という店名でしたが、2014年7月に「みさきや」として町田街道沿いに移転しました。
ラーメンによって使用する麺を使い分けていたり、醤油は地元町田の老舗醤油店「岡直三郎商店」の醤油のみを使用していたりと、こだわりのラーメンを味わえます。
1番人気は濃厚な家系の「美咲家ラーメン」(750円)。
豚骨の旨味とほんのりとした甘みがあるまろやかな口当たりの豚骨醤油スープは少しとろみがあり、もちもちの中太麺とよく絡みます。
チャーシュー・ほうれん草・海苔・ねぎがトッピングされ、濃厚でありながらくどくなく、するすると食べられる一品です。
メニューは他にも、しおとんこつラーメン(750円)や中華そば(700円)、つけ麺(800円)など豊富。
平日限定の、豚骨スープで作ったカレーライス(600円)・カレー麺(700円)も人気があります。
カウンター席とテーブル席があり、お子様ラーメンも用意されているのでお子様連れにもおすすめです。

営業時間は火曜日から土曜日までは11:00〜14:45/18:00～20:30、日曜日は11:30〜14:45となっています。
月曜日が定休日で、日曜日は夜の部の営業はしていないので注意が必要です。
最寄り駅はJR横浜線成瀬駅ですが、駅から徒歩18分ほどと遠いため、車やバスの利用がおすすめです。
バスを利用する場合は町田駅バスセンター9番から、神奈中バス「町83」「町85」「町88」のいずれかに乗車し、「市営住宅入口」で降車し、徒歩1分です。
車の場合は店の前に専用駐車場が2台分あります。
