2022年10月1日(土)に町田に新しくオープンした『鮨 やざわ』。
洗練された上質な空間で楽しむ江戸前鮨は絶品です。
こちら、町田・相模原地域で様々な飲食事業を展開している「キープウィルグループ」の新店舗になります。

キープウィルグループは町田で15店舗以上飲食店を展開している会社です。
ハワイアンカフェの「01カフェ」や町田最大級のルーフトップレストラン「STRI」など業態も様々です。
また、地域の飲食店応援プロジェクトとして、生さば丼で人気の「いまがわ食堂」のプロデュースなども行っています。
こだわりの内装や店員の温かい接客はもちろん、どのお店も美味しいメニューが沢山あるので幅広い年代の方に支持されています。

2022年10月1日オープンの本格的な江戸前鮨が楽しめる『鮨 やざわ』
『鮨 やざわ』は「本格的な鮨をリーズナブルに食べていただきたい」という大将の想いからオープンしました。
そのため、昼は3,500円～、夜は8,800円～という価格帯に抑えられていて、より多くの方々が上質な本格江戸前鮨を楽しめるようになっています。
30年以上鮨を握り続けてきた大将の鮨には、ネタを一番美味しく食べてもらうためのこだわりが沢山詰まっていますよ。
武相コースでは昔の町田の地域名である武蔵国と相模国をイメージした鮨が出てくるので、話を聞きながらイメージしながら味わうことができます。
コンセプトや物語が詰まった鮨を是非堪能してください。

2022年10月19日(水)に町田駅近くに香令屋がオープンしました。
オープン前から店前にチラシが貼ってあり、気になっていた方も多いのではないでしょうか？
『香令屋』はただのカレー屋ではありません。
オープンに向けた準備は現代らしい興味深いやり方で、メニューも他にはない斬新なものになっているんですよ。
ここからは町田に新しくオープンした『香令屋』を詳しくご紹介します！
新オープンの『香令屋』はお客様想いのメニューが人気な「町田イタリアン Luce」の系列店！
町田に新しくオープンした『香令屋』は「町田イタリアン Luce」の系列店なんです！
「町田イタリアン Luce」は2001年に開業したカジュアルイタリアンのお店です。
Luceはイタリア語で「光、輝き」を意味しており、お客様の笑顔が輝き、幸せになれるレストランになるようにという想いが込められています。
その名の通り、子供が自分でピザを作れたり離乳食が無料でもらえるなど、親子で思わず笑顔になるようなメニューがあります。
パスタは自家製生パスタ・国産小麦・鹿児島の天然水・モンゴルの塩を使用しており、素材のこだわりも実感できますよ。
そんな、お客様想いの温もり溢れるお店「町田イタリアン Luce」の新店舗「香令屋」も温かいお店であること間違いなし！
『香令屋』は開業前にクラウドファンディングで注目されていた⁉
『香令屋』はクラウドファンディングサイト「CAMPFIRE」にて開業に向けたクラウドファンディングが2022年9月末まで行われました。
クラウドファンディングとはインターネットを介して不特定多数の人々から少額ずつ支援していただく令和時代注目のシステムです！
『香令屋』は開業に向けてクラウドファンディングを始め、支援総額は目標の150万を大きく上回る約268万円になりました。
クラウドファンディングの特徴でもありますが、出資してくれた人にはリターンとして食事チケットやプレオープンへの招待などを行っているようです。
『香令屋』の詳細情報
『香令屋』のつくるカレーは普通のカレーではありません。
日本らしい鰹節や昆布、干し椎茸、味噌や醤油の「うまみ」に注目し作られました。
洋食であるカレーの中に和を感じられること間違いなし！
また、油脂や小麦粉がまったく使われていないため、100%天然素材のうまみを味わうことができます。
人工的な添加物や化学調味料も一切使用していないのも嬉しいですね！

2022年10月19日(水)に『しおらーめん進化 2nd』が鶴川にオープンしました。
しおらーめん進化は町田駅近くに2店舗あり、3店舗目の開業になります。
地元に愛されるしおらーめん進化と新店について詳しくご紹介していきます！
しおらーめん進化はどんなお店？メディアに取り上げられる絶品ラーメンとは
しおらーめん進化のラーメンは数々メディアで取り上げられるほど人気で、過去には東京ラーメン・オブ・ザ・イヤーを受賞しています。
美味しさの秘訣は麺とスープにあります。
しおらーめん進化は国産小麦100%使用した自家製麺を使用しています。
また、スープは厳選した数種類の塩を季節や状態に応じて、割合を変えているんだとか。
そうしてできた塩ラーメンは妥協のない極上の味で、たくさんの人に愛されています。
しおらーめん進化は2007年に町田本店がオープンし、2014年に町田駅前店がオープン。
2017年にオープンした3店舗目の中山店が移転という形で、『しおらーめん進化 2nd』がオープンします。
