蕎麦処くに作の売りはなんといっても、本格十割そばです。
本格十割そばは、小麦粉を一切使用せず100％そば粉だけで打ったもので、蕎麦本来のおいしさをダイレクトに感じられます。
そば粉には粘り気が少ないため、十割そばを打つのには職人さんの高度なスキルが必要です。
またつけ汁は、本鰹節を2年熟成させたものを使用しており、返しは無添加、化学調味料を一切使用していないそうです。
蕎麦もつけ汁も、とことん素材にこだわられているのが分かりますね。
定番メニューのくに作 蕎麦は、1,100円（税込）から食べられます。
お店には蕎麦単品のほかサイドメニューも多くあり、セットメニューやコースメニューも用意されています。
セットでついてくるデザートは、そば粉のみで作られた蕎麦アイスや、小麦粉不使用の蕎麦ケーキなど、普段なかなか食べられない健康的なスイーツも楽しめますよ。

車で向かう方は専用駐車場がないため、近くのコインパーキングを利用しましょう。
営業時間は昼11:30～14:30、夜17:00～20:30です。
お昼は年始以外営業しているため、食べたいときに利用できます。
夜は木金土のみの営業なので気をつけましょう。
