上記の写真「灯し日」はカシューナッツとメープルのケーキです。
カナダ産のメープルを使用しており、優しい甘さとほろ苦さがあります。
こちら、しんしんと降る雪のクリスマスに大切な誰かを想ったり、心許せる家族や仲間と過ごす情景をイメージして作られた芸術的な一品です。
クリスマスケーキ2つ目は「鐘の音」。
コーヒーが主役のムースとタルトで出来た一品です。
「鐘の音」は一年の終わりを大切に過ごしてほしいという、心に響く穏やかな鐘をイメージして作られています。
